Request for identification of spots on pomegranate - India
Hello am sam from India.
Was moving with my friend in his pomegranate orchard.
Noticed damage symptoms on young fruits.
Can somebody help me identify or diagnose what exactly is the problem.

I
see that no one replied to your question about spots on pomegranate
fruit (Pestnet 13319). There is a web page with some info on the
diseases of the crop in India.
Of
the ones listed, anthracnose would be the best bet. Whether it is the
primary cause or gets in after damage by eg a sucking insect i can't
say. I suggest that you have a chat with agricultural experts in your
area.

I have adjusted two of the images so that you can see the spots more
clearly and perhaps the fungal structures (black dots) in the spots,
especially in IMG-20170831-WA0018.
