Several symptoms, probably several problems. Send samples of picture 4 (old leaves) to the lab to check for HLB.

Different symptoms and probably nutrient deficiencies. First photo seems like a problem with excessive water and lack of drainage, third photo seems to me like a boron deficiency, probably developed by the situation above. The other photos seems like aphids or psyilids problems, it’s a great advice to check for HLB too.

Dear Dr Kazeem

I asked Dr Andrew Beattie of Western Sydney University, and he said the following:

"The trees in the photographs appear to be affected by phytophthora.  I am not aware of HLB pathogens being present in Nigeria. Or the psyllids"

Carrie Harmon suggested the same.

I wonder if this might be foot rot, caused by Phytophthora infections.  See the symptoms and causal agent here.  Wet feet, injury to the trunk, root weevils, and insect feeding can all encourage this disease issue.

Exactly, boron deficiency several times in some kind of soils can be confused with hlb. It needs checking.

Dear Dr Kazeem

Pat Barkley, formerly citrus plant pathologist, and Principal Research Scientist with NSW DPI, has kindly sent me the attached. Pat has gone through the symptoms in your images evaluating their fit with Phytophthora and Huanglongbing (greening) diseases.
